• We do not store payment card details.

Intellectual Property

 

All materials created by Megotseo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, the client may use deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

 

Megotseo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SEO results are not guaranteed, as search engine algorithms are outside our control.

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
