Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds may be requested before work has started.
• Once SEO work has begun, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital services.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Clear billing errors

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
